Who we are

Auro is provided by Auro LLC ("Auro", "we"). By using the website or the app you agree to these terms.

What Auro is

Auro is software that helps you hold and send SOL and USDC on Solana from a vault address. Auro's servers hold the vault's signing key and use it only after the checks you set up pass. Auro is not a bank, an exchange or a financial adviser.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your password, PIN, trusted phone and 24 recovery words private and safe.
  • Check every address and amount before you approve a send. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
  • Use Auro only where it is lawful for you and not for unlawful activity.

Risks

You understand the risks described on the risks page, including that we cannot recover a safe if you lose your trusted phone and your words.

No warranty and liability

Auro is provided as is, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, Auro LLC is not liable for losses from your device, your choices, network events or third parties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and the product. We may suspend access where needed to protect users or comply with law. You can stop using Auro at any time and move your funds out.
